When’s the last time that you heard the word germ used in a positive way….maybe never? Well, then you’ll be surprised to learn that there is one germ that is actually good for you and can even help you look and feel years younger. So what is a good germ that fights aging? Found in every kernel of wheat, wheat germ is the part of the wheat kernel that can bloom into a plant. It is the most nutritious part of the wheat and chalk full of vital vitamins and minerals including vitamin E and selenium—two key nutrients that promote a more youthful appearance.
