Another option is the Ayurvedic Cleanse, Pancha Karma. This Ayurvedic cleanse is done in three stages: preparation, cleansing and rejuvenation. Then, a special herbal drink is consumed, which is made up of water, fennel, pepper, ginger, cumin, coriander and cardamom. Psyllium fiber is also utilized to flush out the system.
